We got Excellent Service from Lanka Tour Managers. In fact, we can say that the service rendered by them was more than several times what we expected. From the beginning to end of the tour, they extended all the cooperation. We did not face even single problem. In fact we can say we had the feel of our own relation. Finally, we can say they gave us very good food and stay and cost wise also very economical.

You will be amazed at so many things that Sri Lanka has to offer to you - nature, amazing beaches and countryside, beautiful wildlife and incredibly interesting historical and religious sites. But due to the heavy rain in south region of the island we had to change the plan. Our tour agent Lanka Tour Managers notified us a day before the arrival about the bad weather of up coming days. So we had to change original itinerary. They managed to cancelled the hotel bookings made for us in Bentota and Hikkaduwa .Instead we travelled in northern part of the island and the locations were just wonderful. Specially Lion Rock in Sigiriya. We had tastiest spicy food like I have never tasted before. The people are really wonderful, vary friendly and respectful. I admire the service of our driver, always smiling Gamini. We learn lot about their history from him. Very punctual and keep the van always clean and tidy. This was the second time I travelled to Sri Lanka . On both occasions we got the service of local agents through Hello Travel. Even at the first time we could not say any bad about the agent. This time we travelled with Lanka Tour Managers and were amazed by their exceptional service. The hotels we accommodated are more than what we expected in terms of cleanliness and service. Since first contacting them they provided us with everything we needed for the trip involving the history of Sri Lanka and mentioned areas of the country which were previously unknown to me. We were assigned a very enthusiastic, caring driver who had a vast knowledge of the country which made the experience of travelling easy , interesting and enjoyable. I wouldn?t hesitate to recommend Lanka tour managers to anyone willing to explore this beautiful country.

My family and I had a good time in Sri Lanka. The Cinnamons hotel in Kandy and Habarana was great! We enjoyed the day trip to Nuwaraeliya with breath taking views of the mountains, waterfalls and tea plantations. Our last day in Negombo was bad because the hotel booked for us was not up to standard. The staff was rude and not helpful and the family room was dirty, spoilt aircondition etc etc. The best part of this hotel is the beach which is just walking distance from our room. Overall, we had wonderful time and our driver Mr Sardun was very helpful and kind.
