The arrangements at all 3 islands were v good. We enjoyed water sports .. wid very courteous n helpful staff. But 1. There shud b more boats as overcrowding in boats for transfer to n from islands not advisable 2. the chef in ship shud b better trained to make more edible n tasty food Fish was always burnt rather than fried and served in same style in all meals 3. non veg tourists being in large number more serving points shud b there to avoid long cues . 4. the quality of food served was best at kalpeni nd gud at Minicoy 5. At kalpeni tourists shud not b asked to remove footwear wen going to other beach ,whose name I forget, for snorkling as th coral is prickly there.Infact that beach needs to b developed 6. I was supposed to go by ship ARABIA from Cochin to Aggati on 30th December but that ship was not sailing on that date due to some repairing problem. My travel agent manage an Air Ticket for me on 31st December from Cochin to Aggati. I was wait listed but it was confirmed in the Airport. Four seats were vacant in the flight. Landed in Aggati. Received by the Agent, drive to Dak bunglo for lunch after lunch drive to Aggati jetty ,transferred to speed boat, sailed to Tinnakkara island, accommodated in Tent no.1, Other tourist one family from Kolkata, one couple from Russia + Germany ,one from Italy and one from Dutch+Lithuanian . It is a blue lagoons crystal clear water like Robin Crusoe island. There are some local person lived in the island. Full of coconut plantation and greenery, off white sand with crabs and crab holes.High tide and low tide will give you different land scraping. Food totally depend on the availability with Travel agents. Better to carry some dry food stuff of your choice. No fear of any crime. You can enjoy according to your own style.

We were 4 people.It was too expensive for 2 nights.wash room water was bad smelly and can't bath.The trip was not worth..In the other hand Begaram Island is beautiful and sports activities r also good.

Namaste! Thanks for the mail. Our Lakshadweep Tour was excellent and thanks for your reference. However, we found total lack of professionalism on the part of Sports Personnel at eh respective places. They were just not adequately trained to keep people busy when the others were taking to water sports. As such, there was lot of wastage of time while on the islands for most of the participants. Nor was there enough announcements regarding activities on the islands. Lack of discipline on the part of the passengers while boarding and alighting from the ship. Nevertheless, it was still enjoyable because of few such opportunities for travelling to tourist destinations in India by ships. Thanks and regards. Punam Singavi

If one has to experience seashore, Water rides better option is andaman nikobar. going to lakshdwrep is wastage of money and time. Kavarati sheep is a big boat, no activities, third class food. Average catering services. All islands are of same quality with minimal different. Nothing is available for your hunger. I request you please don't go.
