Trip was excellent except Hotel standard at Delhi on arrival from Manali.. Standard of hotel was very poor.. pathetic...

Very good service by India Trip holidays but hotel Himanshu Resort service was not upto the mark.

We had an organised tour starting Amritsar (2nights) Shimla (2 nights) and Chandigarh (4 nights) and opted upgraded hotels on B&B basis without dinner to allow us eat varied foods and specially no buffet which we both hate. Small discrepancies normally can happen which we didn't affect us but the driver was very good and helpful. Many thanks to Abhinandan Thakur and Ajay Kanval for their advice, help, devotion and most of all patience to have made our stay and travel comfortable and lovely.

The trip was overall good with hiccups. The hotels provided were away from main township so you felt stranded. You can't take a stroll to the market in the evenings once you came back rom sightseeing as the hotels were far off.
The physical infrastructure of the hotel at Shimla was not good. The driver had no idea about hotel locations. We used our GPS to locate the hotels.

The overall trip experience with the agent except the cab was the worst. The hotels except Manali were average. The hotel at Manali - Hotel Ambika was the worst. The rooms were smelly, rest rooms were dirty like anything. The food quality offered by all the hotels except Hotel Aakriti at Dharmshala was pathetic. None of the passengers/ travellers would like to have such a horrible food during their entire lifetime.

We also observed one thing, the food which was ordered by us ober and above the package i.e. the food for which we paid the charges was good and the food contained in the package was even below the average. Moreover we were not given any choice for selecting the food. The food which was there on the buffet menu was provided.

The agent really needs to improve on their quality of hotels and the food. They ask us to stay at Manali in their own property at Hotel Ambika which has actually got worst quality of rooms.
