In the beginning, it was very good. We were promised Delux rooms @ I K London residency, Secundrabad. We were given Ordinary standard room. I have pics of the room taken by me. I asked your selected operator for the refund. I wrote 2to3 emails. First said what refund and then they said they will send me the detailed breakdown. Still waiting. We felt short-changed, either by operator or hotel. Is there anything you can do? Dr Bharat Desai.

I am very disappointed... The itinerary given was not followed. The driver allotted didn't know of places.. we were told, he would act as our guide. The travel guys did not work on the practical issues... I felt a waste of money and we were charged heavily.
