we booked for 2 tours of bangkok on separate dates which was very well organised and managed by the mhm team. representatives at bangkok were always on time and coordination was par excellence. we are very satisfied by the services provided in the form of accomodation conveyance and flights.. a big thanks to the entire team with special mention to mr.abhishek choudhary.

I was given contact to My Holiday Makers from Kolkata, and I should say I had an hassle free package tailored by their team. Right from understanding our requirements till the end of the tour, the support was nothing less than excellent. I contacted Paritosh (MHM tour manager) even during the middle of the tour and got few additions to our itinerary, and he was happy to help us. Best thing is that you will still be on budget. We have booked with My Holiday Makers. They helped us to book very fast in few hours only, since we didn't have much time to travel. They supported very well. The tour plan design was good. The travel plan was amazingly designed, in a very well organized manner. Mr Paritosh was coordinating with me. He supported very well throughout. Mr Paritosh told me that they are a wholesale operator of Darjeeling and Sikkim, which i believed after availing their services. It was pleasant trip to a great place but the quality of the cake provided was not up to the mark and some confusion in the itinerary was there. But overall was a very nice experience.

It was really nice, your all arrangement were very good at pattaya, only hotel harward square at Bangkok disappointed me, cause it first of it was quite far from the city and there was not a single restaurant or shop near by the hotel. rest all other arrangement made by u was really nice.

Agency has tried to provide best services. But it was a off season and very cold, hotel manager at hotel junxion Gangtok was very rude and was not cooperative. He straight way refused to provide heater in rooms even we were ready to pay extra charges. Food quantity too was not sufficient. Pelling's hotel Chiminda and deep palace in Darjeeling provided nice services.

My experience with My Holiday Makers was not good at all. I booked a package in the month aug for 5 persons. The sales person Mr. Dipankar was not at all professional and was very very rude. My package was 33k p.p and my travel dates were on 2nd oct and when I just made the advance payment immediately I informed that the flight fare has gone up and I have to pay higher price inspite of giving all details on time. Then i was forced to change my travel dates. Mr.Dipankar misguided me. Then another lady came to the picture Ms. Sreeparna - Service Manager, she told me that no tickets are available on 2nd and I have to travel on 4th. So as per that I made all the plans and again after few days Ms. Sreeparna called me told me that there is a new flight of indigo in the morning is getting introduced from 2nd oct and she confirmed my tickets verbally on 2nd and my itinary again got change. After following up for almost more then 1 month my tickets were not send to me. Then all of a sudden I got a called from Sreeparna on 24th or 25th and she confirmed me that she has send the tickets over the mail and told me that my travel dates will be on 2nd oct night n back on 7th night. .and she also changed my stay duration in pattaya n bangkok and she didn't even bothered to inform that and due to this my entire plan again got changed. As I was supposed to attend a family get-together on 2nd night as I was supposed to reach pattaya by 2nd evening. And just because of My holiday Makers my entire schedule was mashed up. Then also I cooperated with these guys as I was traveling with my family. .I requested these guys many times not to make any more changes as my old parents were also traveling with me. For everything I only have to follow up with them. .they didn't bother for anything. They were supposed to provide my visa which was included in the package but they didn't bother to inform when to submit the passports for visa till the time I called them up n inquired when to submit, then they told me that they will send someone to collect. .n they collected the passport on 26th sept from me n on 29th they returned the passports to me WITHOUT the visa n told me that they were not able to do it. So I was traveling without visa n my visa were on arrival. So I have to stand for almost for 3 hrs to get visa on arrival in Thailand Immigration. So after getting visa I waited in the airport as my pick up was at 7.30am in the morning as I was suppose to visit sriracha tiger zoo as my hotel check in was at 2pm. At 8am when I called the local coordinators in thailand to confirm when the car will be coming to pick me up. .then I came to know that my pickup was at 12.45am and not at 7.30am. Because the local coordinator in Thailand told me that they dont have any confirmation of picking me up at 7.30am and to take me to tiger zoo. .n as it was no show at 12.45am, so I have to bear the cost of the transfer to pattaya from bangkok airport. Rather I would say that the thai local coordinators much more efficient n cooperative. .just opposite of these guys in India unprofessional. Rude. .n full of attitude.

We were nine senior citizens going together for this trip. The provider whose name was sponsored by you let us down badly. No guide was available when we landed in Karbi and Pattaya. Hotels were not upto our expectations. Car which was expected us to show the city camed very late. The reference telephone number given did not work. We all were disappointed with the type of service given by My Holiday makers Pvt Ltd. Pl avoid sponsoring their names to other tourists.

I am very unhappy to write you that it is my worst ever tour so far. None of your fellow attended us as per programme. neither coral island tour nor Bangkok city tour executed.on day two in Pattaya as per program, tour manager has to catch us from hotel at 9 but he didn't come till 10. finally he never contacted in all three days. In Bangkok; when I'm writing this mail to you, as per program city tour was scheduled to 1 p.m. but none appeared on behalf of you.when we went outside to have lunch someone had come and without leaving any message gone back. 1. There is no proper communication on regualr intervlas to customers( to me). 2. No proper mode of payment facility(No payment through credit card). 3. No proper planning in itenary(one whole day i was ideal in my tour).

Initially we were very happy with the commitement's given by Manager, No doubt the tour was well organised, but we have cancelled 2pax out of the total 8 pax , But till date they have not got our refund money for the cancellation , we are following regularly following up, but they are not picking our calls, nor refunding our money,repeated reminder's have failed, Further we tried speaking to his assistance but of no use, Its a real pain for us, Its already 40 days after we have done cancellation,

It seems the company is Sub-sub-sub Agent. Over all if you don't care for money, quality of tour, organized travel, well planned trip, poor quality guides, only promise and no fulfilling of commitment etc think of the Agent.

It is absolutely worst experience. During the tour there were many confusions and lack of coordination with their 3rd party agents. There was no Bangkok city tour provided; which was part of your original itinerary.
We checked the same before commencing the tour with Mr. Roy from MY HOLIDAY MAKERS and he confirmed that all things will be covered. However the local agent from Bangkok confirmed that he has not received payment for same and city tour will not be provided.
This is really not acceptable and we are very disappointed with this agency.

My experience was very bad. My holiday makers is a cheat company. they promised us many things but did not provide us the same during my trip. Firstly i had to keep calling them for update ofy trip as they were not at all interested in keeping me updated. 2 days before the departure i had to call them to know the details. Somehow we managed to go and at the lat minute the details of gate at the airport for pick up was changed for no reason and on reaching bangkok airport we found that we had to travel in a bus to our hotel in pattaya instead of a car which they had promised. Then we found we had no booking in our name and i had to call for my confirmation. the hotel vouchers given to me were not valid. Also the sightseeing as per itinerary were not provided. and nobody was answering the calls. Very bad experience. I would suggest to travel on own instead of this tour as the thai people are very helpful. My Holidays Makers is a fake promiser who does not fulfill their customers requirements. And the office staff is also rude and arrogant and does not respond to the queries. Not to travel with them ever

We booked a customized Thailand honeymoon package for the two of us from 6th to 19th June 2014 after reading a lot of positive reviews on JD. They lured us with a lot of empty promises. Mr. Subrata, the GM, is no doubt a good sales man with his sweet talks, but doesn't keep up to his words. We were told that they would give us a free 3 nights domestic package as an offer, which was a con! I had to keep calling them to confirm if our tickets and accommodations were booked even until a day before our departure. Few of our tickets were booked less than a week before our departure, though we had cleared our payments, and we also had to cough up a lot of extra charges for the "INCREASED" air fair. The staff at MHM are careless. Sreeparna, who was in the customer service dept. knows nothing but to call customers saying "please make the payment sir" with a very annoying voice. When asked anything about the booking progress she would know nothing and just ask for money and be rude. Here they are just concerned about making money. Once we reached Thailand everything went smooth, thanks to the people of Thailand and the other companies which handled the package there. Please avoid MHM to save yourself from last minute tensions and waste money unnecessarily.

My holiday makers are not trustworthy.. While making package they will talk as if there is no other good in this world. Later on , there is no proper communication and even they are not worried about problems because they are happy with advance money. In our tour, itinerary planned was not good and if we preferred to go any point which is not covered in itinerary, we have to pay 1500-2000rs. In Darjeeling, our driver was non-sense and misbehaved with us because we were late for half hour (7.30 AM and time given to driver 7.00 AM). He throwed our luggage out of car and threatend us. Ms. Suparna was taking side of driver as if we visited to sikkim to fight with that driver. So all requested to please be aware of such type of peoples and such type of agents and prefer to book hotels directly by internet and vehicles may also be arranged accordingly. Deepika Jain

WAS TOO WORSE NOT AS PER MY ITENARY WHATEVER THEY PROVIDE ME,EARLIER THEY QUOTE ME Rs.117400 FOR 4 PAX ,AFTER BOOKING Rs.80000.00 THEY ASKED ME ANOTHER Rs.52000.00 SAYING THAT THE FLIGHT RATE WAS GONE UP.......IN THE SAME DAY AFTER GETTING THE BOOKING AMOUNT.IF THEY LET ME KNOW THIS THINGS EARLIER THEN SURELY ,I CANCELLED MY TRIP THROUGH THE MY HOLIDAY MAKERS INDIA Pvt. Ltd. AND GO THROUGH MAKE MY TRIP PVT LTD ONLY.YES I SUPPOSE WILL USE HELLO TRAVEL AGAIN IF THEY CALL AND EXPLAIN ME WHY THOSE THINGS HAPPEN,OTHER WISE NO.I WILL REALLY PREFER ANY OTHER TRAVEL AGENT IN 2016 FOR EITHER HONGKONG OR SINGAPORE.
