Really good service, prompt help, co-ordination and follow-up, communication was excellent and we did get the package promised. Mr. Tarush Oberoi had arranged everything exactly as we had specified and even where there were hitches with availability he was able to sort it out quickly and with insight. Besides this, he had arranged and excellent chauffeur and car, which was vital to comfort and safety in the trip. Great work. I will surely contact mr Tarush and book my next holiday with him. We had problems initially, there was no vehicle waiting for us on arrival in India. However Holiday India reimbursed the cost of the taxi fare to us and provided an excellent service from that point onwards. The sales staff were easy 0to communicate with and a pleasure to deal with. Navpreet our driver for the entire trip was fantastic, he transported us in a safe and timely manner while providing exceptional personal service every day. The guides provided to us were extremely knowledgeable, had a great sense of humour and provided absolutely exceptional service. After a worrying start to our holiday, Holiday India made our holiday a wonderful experience.

I had been on a 15 day vacation covering Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Udaipur - Delhi - Srinagar (Kashmir) - Gulmarg - Pahalgam - Srinagar - Delhi with them. Wherever required, their representatives were ready to receive us and the consultant was always available for contact to attend to our needs. The accomodation provided all through was very good. My travel experience with you was pleasant and enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay in Hydrabad however the hotel experience wasn't that satisfactory. Bathroom attached to our room was not clean to our satisfaction. There was a dirty bath mat in the bath tub and the bath tub wasn't clean enough. Hand wash dispenser was broken. Food was served very late. The driver was very well mannered and drove us around very safely. We were able visit most of the places. Travel agent who booked the whole thing was polite and pleasant. We will recommend your company to our friends if you do some improvement in choosing the hotel. Thank you.

Every thing went well apart from our boat trip. I specifically asked the agent if the boat is upto the standard because we booked all 5* hotels. I told him that my friends have had bad experience with overnight stay in the boat, but he insisted that it is an excellent boat and it will be an experience in itself. I took his words for it and the experience was horrendous. It was OK during the day. At 5.30 the boat stopped and once it was stationery, the flies started to build and soon the boat was full of flies. The food was horrible. They didn't know how to cook. We did not eat any food they prepared for us because it was not edible. There was no bathroom, not even a bar of soap on the sink to wash hands. I can't describe the standard. It was lowest of the low. It ruined our holiday. We were having such a good time otherwise. I would not advise anyone to stay overnight on those boats. During the day is OK the overnight stay should be in the hotel.

Holiday india was very professional and extremely helpful throughout my tour. The only thing is that I was not told before the time that if I was paying by credit card I would be charged an extra 4%. Other than that the service was excellent and I would recommend it in future. The agent I dealt with Shalini was amazing at handling all my queries. Would definitely recommend her if you are dealing with this company.

The Service Provider was HIDMPL. Sanjay Kumar from this company was very client-oriented and helpful. I appreciated that very much.

This was our first experience using Hellotravel service. Their direction of travel agents was very good and all the agents were very obliging and helpful. After a very careful selection of the Hotels & travel tour we selected Holiday India's services. We were very pleased with their gentle approch and were always helpful and guided us with all the planning and took our suggestions and worked on it. Coming to the final pricing we have had to negotiate a little hard but in the end both sides agreed and were happy with it. Our flights were arranged very well and timings were very good. The surface tour was arranged with a very good company and the driver was very careful and gave us a very easy ride, it would have been better if his command of English was better, but we managed with "broken English" & "broken Hindi". During our tour there was not much follow up from the travel agents so that was a little disappointing. Overall we all had an enjoyable trip and would fully recommend the travel agents for their planning & costing and we would, in the first instance, approch them again on our next trip to India.

driver was excellent. didnt have to wait for pickups at airport. hotels were were of an excellent value for money quality. goa is over rated and not a worthy travel destination. south african beaches are by far a hundred times better. time in goa would have been better spent else where in india. ur agent Swecha Tiwari was extremely effecient, helpful, and was able to tailor a suitable package. she was dedicated all the way even once i had had indicated that i was going the hks route. she still offer assitance on holiday indias behalf to assist were possible. due to ur pricing structure u were highly out priced by hks. my only recommendation of holiday india would be on the basis of Swecha Tiwari, and her professionalism,..... and sheer abilities in her work ethic. she should be valued as apart of your team.

Hello Gujrat Travell, Thank you for your e-mail. We spent four weeks in India. It was just wonderful. Gujrat is so very welcoming and everybody was helpful. It was a bit hot, temperature wise, but we had a great time. There was scare mogering about Rajkot - swine flu etc. so we cut short the time there to three days. Vadodra was very nice - hotel, car, Rikshaw, even the hair dresser was so welcoming. The temples were just breathtaking. We were sad to see the poverty stricken youg children - how could they be assisted - we feel sorry , but feel helpless. Your travel team has been very helpful. Thank you and keep it up.

Good experience overall. Positives: - Drivers that were assigned to take us around were very flexible. If we chose not to do something on the itenary, they'd oblige and drive us wherever we wanted to go. - The guides that we had on each leg of our trip were very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely added to the experience knowing that we were with someone who knew the history and background very well. - The hotels (for the most part) were definitely 5 star as promised by the travel specialists. Pure luxury (almost) everywhere we visited. Negatives: - After our arrival at the airport (in Delhi, Mumbai and the return leg in Delhi), we had to wait quite some time for our driver. We expected the driver to be briefed about our arrival time and to be waiting in the designated area for us with a placard. It all just seemed very disorganized, but we got to our driver eventually. - On the hotel side, we stayed in 4 different hotels but 1 of the 4 (Holiday Inn) was definitely NOT 5 star as recommended bu Holiday India. - Also, in Mumbai, we were bumped off our original hotel (Hilton) at the very last second and put into another nearby hotel (Waterstones). Luckily, the alternative was very good quality. Having booked this trip months ago, I'd expect no last minute changes. If anything, we should have been made aware of the change of plans before we set foot in India. Overall a very enlightening and enjoyable holiday, with professional interaction with the folks from Holiday India. I'd give them an 8/10 as a travel company.

good hotels but prefer hotels were near main cities/towns.but once total money was handed over no proper communication from the manager in kerala.i was asked to fillup a feedback form on arrival instead of on departure.i regret filling itup.we faced a terrifying road to the Great Escape.driver should not encourage to take part in activities that's not listed in d itenarary sothat it will benefit him.last day of our planned itenarary places of visit were closed.that shouldn't have happened.i wrote all these so that next time it wont be repeated to the next Traveler.We enjoyed our Trip.TQ.

It is OK--nothing very special--but we enjoyed it very much. Best part of the trip was the car and the driver--it never let us down. Hotels -Good to better--the best one was in Bikaner--I will give it a 98% (Could not use the outdoor pool for it was too cold outside) Pushkar---85% (every thing worked and good,no room heater--it was cold there) JAISALMIR--75% ( FOOD WAS GOOD AND LOCATION --MANAGEMENT COULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER--I mean the hotet management. Both Jaipur and Jodhpur--these we call home hotels-- Rooms good,kitchen and food services great ,both have room heaters and bathrooms were lot better than av.Indian standard-- 90% for both of them. Holiday India---I expected a prompt response from them--I did not know till the last minute if the trip was taking place or not----it turned out to be a good one with minor glitches. In final analysis-I probably will take help from them again in near future

Minerva of Holiday India planned our tour,had a wonderful vacation. Everything was well planned, HI rep came to receive us at the airport. The next day the driver Mr Pawan Kumar came to pick us at the hotel and was with us during our tour in Delhi, Shimla etc. A big thank you to Mr Pawan who was very kind and helpful. He even accompanied us to the railway station for our Delhi Mumbai transfer. But unfortunately we did not had the same luck in Mumbai. The Mumbai agent Mr Anil was nul. He sent a tempo without carrier to pick us at the railway station, we had to pay for taxi to carry our luggage. The driver in Mumbai was a young boy without experience, it was very difficult to have conversation with him. Called Mr Anil to ask for a transport with carrier to drive us to the airport, he refused, we had to hire two taxi to carry luggage, the driver took us to the domestic airport instead of international airport. Please do not use Mr Anil's service in Mumbai, he will surely dissapoint your customers. Apart from Mumbai everything was perfect, will surely book our next vacation through Hello Travel / Holiday India.

The drive spoke English very well and was very infromative for the 5hr trip to Agra and back. The accommodation was excellent and the guide for the day was fantastic. I learnt a great deal about India and it's culture in the short time I was with these two men. Thank you. Great value for money

Hie to all out there. My family and I took The Holiday India Travel company for our trip to Bangalore and Mysore from 6/7/2011 till 11/7/2011. We had a real great time. Mainly was because all arrangements were good right from the start at the airport till the end back to the airport for our flight back home to Malaysia. We thank Mr. Deepak, Ms. Priyanshu and most of all our driver cum guide Mr. Sachidananda for a very smooth holiday. We had good hotels, good car to travel and good food too recommended by our driver Mr Sachin. We enjoyed our trip very much visiting Mysore palace, Brindavanam, Art Gallery and so on and everything was beautiful. So we hope to consult this travel agency again for our next tour probably next year and hoping to get the same driver cum guide too. Hello Hellotravel Team! OK I get the picture. My initial enquiry was passed on to Holiday india. Fine, yes the holiday was superb and represented good value for money. The driver, Baba, a Sikh, was brilliant. I don't know how people survive on your roads! The guides were also very good although my wife and I were not entirely happy about the Agra/Taj Mahal guide who seem to want to conclude our trip to the Taj as quickly as possible. I know some of your guides might be on tight schedule but for many people a visit to see the Taj Mahal is the principal reason for visiting India and to rush them around it is not good policy. The hotels were excellent however modern travellers however require to keep in touch and broadband internet is an essential. The quality of this varied considerable between hotels and one, I think Hotel Mansingh in Jaipur, sell you 'high speed wi-fi' when in fact it never got above dial-up speed. Another, in Agra, charged me twice because I used two devices in my room! The costs involved in providing broadband in every hotel room are trifling and would not alter room prices significantly yet I twice got involved in petty squabbles about nothing! Indian hoteliers should take this on board. All in all, excellent. Regards Ken bethell

We have booked a tour with Holiday India and have found them very good to deal with.

Service was good, but upon arrival it was clear that agent was overcharging by a huge margin and charging for amenities that were falsely advised.

Generally they gave me a good deal.However they promised me two sim cards,one when visiting the South and another when I am in the North.Only the 'South' card worked.In the North the card given to me did not work.Also I was promised two bottles of water during my South and North tours.I only received water in the South. Having said this may I say that these are small matters because on the whole Prakesh did try his best to do whatever he could to make my wife and my tour the best he can.Do convey my heartfelt gtatitude to him and his team.I would appreciate if they could at least phone me to find out about the trip

The experience was fair . I was very disappointed with the cleanliness in the hotels . The driver we had in mumbai was shocking . Holiday India needs to screen their drivers more closely before assinging them to tours . We were charged in the tour for the vehicle etc , yet driver demanded we pay for toll , accomodation , food etc - very disappointing. What we paid for in the tour , as per itinerary . wasnt adhered to .

The trip itself was good. The hotel in Munnar was terrible. Dirty, stained bedsheets, feces on the bath towels, stained cushions in the sitting room. No internet, no mobile service - highly would not reccommend this hotel, I was extremely disappointed in it and hated every moment that I stayed there. Someone called me during my trip and I expressed this but never heard back once I registered my complaint.

The hotels provided were okay but the cynosure suites in bangalore were a big letdown!! that was not a hotel or suite and breakfast provided was just very limited. Monarch Luxor hotel would have been a better choice. The residency hotel in chennai was excellent right from the door man, to the reception. The rooms were very very clean and breakfast was simply superb. THe driver and car provided were good.

First two nights stay was fine. but the last night house boat is low standard one. didnt like it. thankyou raj. no other comment. total tour just ok. not that much great.
