My trip was awesome. and we enjoyed lot. It is a good value for money for first timers. We stayed at Summer King and it was a pleasant experience. I was relieved that I was interacting with a honest person as there was no gap in what was communicated/promised and what i got to see in Manali. The facilities arranged for at the hotel and during the stay are warm and sincere.Himalayan Mysteries made our stay memorable.It was a rememberable trip with happy ending. Thanks for providing us excellent travel agent for our shimla manali trip my review against Services First of all a to thank for my tour co-coordinator for her excellent and endless help/guidance they provided in making my HM trip awesome/memorable....unbelievable . I really appreciate their guidance and continuous followup calls at each stage of journey with the me. She suggest us for few hotels for us but finally we go with Summer King in Manali & Silverine in shimla both was wonderful with well mannered staff and perfect food with good taste in daily menu including breakfast you can close deal it blindly.Other thing was local sightseeing cab service was also superb Laugh you can always miss them after your tour !!! Finally all credits goes to Himalayan Mysteries well professional team Thank you for making memorable tour good value for the money !!1

Hi, I had booked my vacation through Himalayan Mysteries; mr nand sgarma. But i had a horrible experience. My full vacation got spoilt. Had a very bad.experience.
It was gud but not awesome bcoz facing some problems
please go through the forwarded messages I sent to Himalayan mysteries tours. overall it was a hopeless arrangement ,no coordination between tour managers, cab arrangers, site plans, many times we had to move without having breakfast, the cost was inclusive of breakfast ! there was no knowledge of time management, we had to cancel stay at Amritsar because driver refused to take us to Delhi in time if we start early morning. the name of driver and details of cab were unknown to tour arrangers. they took full money plus pick up charges from delhi airport to hotel.i will not recommend this travel agency to anybody.
Faced issues with management in manali hotel, rest tour was just awesome. Thanks for providing us such a good package. Will callvyou for future tours.

Himalayn mysterious is shit...plz not even think to book any package frm himalyn mysterious, they r fake and any one thinking to take package frm them so plz contact me first, i will tell u the reality,anyone contact me.
It was the most pathetic tour that I have ever been on. I was literally cheated with many issues right from the resort selection, to rooms in the resort and the itinerary. These guys are real cheats and please do not recommend this to anyone. They ripped me off my payment but did not provide the value of service a customer expect. Please please have them removed from your recommended agents. Just because of my first experience being the most painful one, I have decided not to use your services again.
Not professional in approach
it was terrible trip for us. no water, no food, no washrooms, no comfertable seat in bus. they told us at the booking time that we are going by volvo but its tata ac , where ac is not working and rain water coming inside the bus, we feel like we are actuly in the rain. driver told us while going delhi to manali trip that he is taking us to another route which he will save 5000rs for himselh(driver) , the hight is when the bus has been broken down (gear box not working) brfore 35km to manali. and after our sevral calls they send us a cab after 40 min. we reach manali after a 35hour jounry . its pathatik!!!! no hotel arrengments.. they are only presurising us for payments (cash ) nothing else. we spent only 1 day in rohtangpas. on 2nd day driver told us to go by walk no parking over their. no site seen . we paid all the amount as we stayed only 2 nights.... very bad organisation... i will put you in consumer court..
I was not happy about this trip. i had wait a lot while traveling through bus. And i had complaints about the person who had supervised there trip.
