Global passages was great , especially Patriksha who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Her choice of hotels was the best .

Hi!! First of all I wish to inform that I didn't get an instantaneous response . After a week I could get one response from Global passages Delhi. In the meanwhile, the very second day some one called me from Junaid travels Srinagar to offer such a low cost package that for 7days 6 nights, including accommodation he offered at Rs. 17500/- which actually is the air fare. Wisdom prevailed & I was able to withdraw from his offer. As time was running out , I was compelled to have the only option of Global who offered the same at Rs.45000/_ As the dates were nearing, the air fare was going up & had to settle with them & they gave a good service. When I had advanced them , another travel agent called taking your reference, but it was too late. Thanks

It was very nice. Ms.Ritu who coordinated for my travel was always available on mail/phone. Overall its a great experience with global. I will choose them for my future trips also.

I have travelled to GANGOTRI, KEDARNATH & BADRINATH AND ALSO HAVE VISITED CHOPTA_TUNGANATH. Its a memorable trip with full of joy. I have hired a car and reserved accommodations through kali kamli wala which is good,economical and reliable. Most of the times i depend on fruits & dry fruits and home made sweets & namkeens but purchased mineral water.

We did not receive any quote from China tour advisors. They did not contact at all. The trip was good & satisfactory.

My next plan would be Crotia for the summer, and South Africa, China or Madagscar for next year . I will contact again when it is clear.

Hi Iam shabin basheer.I have requested an enquiry for a delhi agra trip on hellotravel.com and a representative called me and gave me the details and connected me with four different tour operators in delhi. After long discussions i have booked through Global passages private ltd (GPPL). They have disappointed me in 2 ways. First: a employee working with them verbally promised me early check in at a hotel and later someone else from the travels contacted me and said the first employee is no more working with them.since the first one has not in written assured me early check in the travels claimed an amount of ts 9000/- from me.considering the mistake that i did by not taking a written agreement i was okay with the unproffessional attitude of the travels. The second thing literally ruined our trip.we were a family of 5 including old people and a 2year old child.The driver they provided us of was a very rude man.he shouted at us for being late.I was shocked that this is our tour and its our wish of the time taken.The main issue was driver suraj was so irresponsible that he moved the vehicle forward when my mothers one feet was in the car and one outside.she cried loudly only then stopped the vehicle.by gods grace she was survived.i told him it was his duty to check if all passengers has got into the vehicle. Instead of appologizing to us he was shouting at us that time.I asked him if this is the way he talks to all the guests he said yes this is the way he talks to all guests. I paid for the tour such amount only to be harrassed by the driver.he would never take us to any place after sunset when there were many light and sound festivals in red fort agra fort and all.but we could not experience that.
