Thanks for asking me to share my experience with you, Yes I have traveled to India on 27/12 till 03/01/2015 with Futuro Licht, those people have cheated me and did not make the hotels payment so the hotels were asking me to pay the bill before checking out. Although I paid the full amount to the travel agency which you have recommended for me but those people have cheated and spoiled my vacation and put me in trouble. Myself and the hotels tried many several times to call them but they were not responding. I made the payment for the hotel in Delhi, However, in the last night I have called the police with the help of the manager at Crown plaza in New Delhi and lodged a complaint (FIR) against those people. Please make sure to black list this agency otherwise they will cheat another people and will spoil your country name, so everybody later will think that all the Indian people are cheaters.

Overall the tour was quite exciting but the tour agency were a big cheat. We had paid for the hotels and other expenses but to our surprise we had to pay in two hotels the room rent, which actually were included in our deal. Also the hotel they booked us were suppose to be 3 star but to our surprise, some of the booking were done in hotel which were below 2-star ratings. Definitely, we would never recommend anybody to use this agent unless you are looking for trouble.
