Experience was really good. .The agent was helpful throughout the journey.Hotels were good as well the car and driver they provided us with.They made the journey easier.

The travel was very Good, but co-ordination with the driver from there was travels was not good, and we were suppose to wait for a long time, other than it was all good.

We booked a family vacation tour to Hongkong (5d/4N) during the March-end long week-end. The response from the agent was quick and communication was clear. As it was our first family vacation booked thru an agent, we were little worried about the commitments offered under the package. However, everything was taken care-of according to the offers under the itinerary. The agent staff was good, so was the hotel staff. The hotel, though already requested for an early check-in, did not allow us to do so, except for a price, although the room was ready. The hotel service including the breakfast was v.good. The tour guides/drivers in HK were also good. Over-all a pleasant and memorable trip. The package price was reasonable, rather Value for Money. Thanks to all concerned.

I did not book with them as they did not followed with me

The cab provided was without All India permit, due to which we had to take a circuitous route and reached Coorg very late.Moreover, planning an itinerary is the most important in any tour and FLY easy lacks that expertise . Cab driver must be in possession of an itinerary and he should discuss the plan before leaving hotel . Overall, dissatisfied.
