hello hardeep, i don’t have facebook account , accept my feed back here my family and i from poland utilized the services of enthralling india holidays. hardeep was very accommodating and paid close attention to our needs. he planned a perfect tour for my family and i. he is very knowledgeable in what he does and was able to arrange our tour so that the dates we visited pushkar we could attend the fair. our hotels were very good and english speaking guides were very helpful in exploring india.

My husband and I have taken two long trips to India with Enthralling India. The first was in January 2017 where we went through the south of India , starting in Mumbai , then Goa and down to Cochi and over to Pudacherry and up to Chennai. We had a marvelous driver, mr. Stephen Joseph who was arranged by Hardeep at Enthralling India and can be highly recommended. I found Hardeep through the internet and he was very responsive and listened to our needs and was very perceptive as to the type of trip we wanted and the quality of hotels that we would like. He is fairly priced, gives good service and was open to questions and suggestions that we had. Our second trip, just completed, was in the northern part of India. We started in Amritsar and it is a fascinating city of the Golden temple, head of the Sikh religion. We had an excellent lady guide there who also took us to a wonderful restaurant, the Three Chilis. From there we went to Darmshala, Shimla, Chandigarh, Puri, then up to Sikkim and Darjeeling then finally Kolkata. It was all fascinating, the drivers were all excellent, as well as the local guides. I personally feel the need to have an English speaking driver or a guide with you that speaks English. Ours did. Again, our hotels were wonderful and things went smoothly . Only In one instance was there a small Hotel glitch, through no fault of the agency and it was quickly taken care of. I feel Confident I recommending Hardeep and his company, Enthralling India. It was a great experience. Working with Hardeep was very convenient. Most of the hotels booked were nice and comfortable. The car and the driver were also excellent.

Enthralling India is the best in Travel arrangements. Deepak personally provided us with an excellent trip to India. well planned and executed like a true professional. The Travel, Hotels, Drivers and arrangement was par excellence. Well done to the Team Enthralling India. My wife's birthday was really an outstanding and memorable one. We are seasoned travellers and we rate this trip as one of our best vacations. Deepak called us daily to see to our comfort and pleasure even to the smallest detail to make our vacation a memory for a lifetime. The trip was awesome however we has to speak with the hotel to get us a driver and one needs a tour guide. Esp if its your first time. Deepak was awesome with the arrangements. Thank you Deepak.

Definitely deserves a 5-star! We received exceptional service from Mr. Hardeep and his team. This was our family's first trip to India; therefore, we were a bit nervous at first. However upon reaching India, everything went as smoothly as planned. We were provided with utmost care and all our needs were met. From the time we reached India up until our departure, Mr. Hardeep continued to check up on us; even providing us with additional services for our convenience. I whole heartily endorse Enthralling India and recommend them to anyone looking to travel to India!

THANK YOU, HELLO TRAVEL, WITHOUT A DOUBT ...I WILL USE YOU AGAIN firstly it was cheaper to book directly with the agents from India. Deepak & Hardeep from Enthralling India were very helpful and accommodating and had called me to check if I was doing fine during my tour. Most of the hotels were fantastic ...we loved them. However Atlantic Mumbai was the worse. Please don't book that hotel again for anybody. Also please ensure the drivers are familiar with the areas, our driver was a good person, Mr Shri Kumar from Kerala but he often had to stop the car to ask people for directions thereby losing a lot of time. It took him two hours to find our hotel in Chennai. That means our time is lost. I should have asked for a guide because we battled to get help or correct information at the temples .Here again the drivers could also act as tour guides. Our driver just left us to find our way. overall it was an awesome holiday & I will definitely go back to India...my motherland.

Booked hotels in advance. Booked internal flights in advance. Satisfactory arrangements for payments. Satisfactory travel arrangements. Visited many cities.Visited Many places of interest. Good coordinator -keeps in touch.

very bad experience with Hardeep Kumar. I am not likely to recommend him ever. I thought I had a good rapport with him before our trip, but once in India it was a different story altogether. We actually were scared a couple of times at not being able to make contact as we were two women traveling alone in a foreign country. He failed miserably in his duty of care. I would not want someone else to go through what we had experienced.

My experience with the travel consultant Deepak Chaudary was very poor. What he had promised us in emails sent to us was not delivered by him. I am extremely disappointed with his service and the Enthralling India. I have sent emails to a senior consultant by the name of Harpreet and I had no response from him as well. I urge other people travelling to India not to book with people from Enthralling India.

Very dissatisfied!. After receiving written confirmation of the services and transport arrangements, Enthralling India did not live up to what was promised. Very dishonest and I would advise all against using this travel agent.
