Overall experience was good. The first day and the last day of the trip was not well planned. Reached London early morning by a flight via Abu Dhabi from Kolkata. Since we started from Bhubaneswar after a day long wait at airport at Kolkata to catch Abu Dhabi flight in the evening next day when we reached London we were literally very tired. But to our utter dismay we were asked to proceed for sightseeing right from the airport advising us to get fresh up at the airport itself. First day no lunch or breakfast was provided and we were asked to take dinner at a so-called Indian restaurant before proceeding to the hotel booked for us, which was much beyond the city limits. It was as if testing our patience and limitations. However the guide was informative though not prepared to understand the real difficulties the group was facing which included mostly senior citizens and elderly persons. The two weeks followed were very hectic. Covered most of the places as scheduled. Last day again the flight was at 9.45 in the evening from Rome to Abu Dhabi. And next day again there was a waiting of more than seven hours at Abu Dhabi to catch Kolkata flight. We had to leave the hotel at Rome by midday and we had to just wander till catching the flight by9.30 pm . That was also very hectic. Enjoyed Switzerland, Amsterdam, Paris etc well. Always hotels selected for stay were much beyond city limits but fairly good. Overall experience was very good.

From start they were very slow in organising trip. Although flight with Jet airways was nice but Accommodation at Manhunt hotel in Bangkok was horrible. On Services I will rank hotel at 1 out of 5.They were rude enough to serve clients.
