very very bad travel Agent... Never Choose this travel Agent through journey package.. Hotel accommodation not proper provide as per terms & condition.very very fully bad hotel accommodation in my Experience hotel is very dirty,not clean and neat inside furniture is broken,bathroom fitting is not very well working late provided facilities of Hot Water,Break Fast/Lunch/Dinner etc also not response by reception team members.very bad very bad I suggested to all never choose this Agent..............

We stayed at Heritage Retreat Hotel at Lonavala. It was a worst hotel I stayed. The Reception front desk service assistance was a bifurcation fraud and cheated us. He was not committed of what he said. I would not suggest any guest to stay at this Hotel. It's a waste of money and time. One can opt to stay at Hotel Metropole.
