delux room & big car was in package. but neither big car nor good room was booked. driver dropped at domestic airport instead of international airport. even after requesting him a number of times.

It was a good experience with Anil Tours & Travels. They have been prompt in their response for all the clarifications. The local transportation as well as the guide arrangement were done well. Overall, we had a very nice time throughout the tour !!!

Delayed lot for confirming the Trip. The Car & the Taxi Driver was good, however they put us in a Dharamshalla (Mallikarjun Sadan) which didn't provide Towel

It was good except for one thing. The vehicle was changed on 2nd day of the tour and it was not informed to me before. We were not comfortable with this vehicle due to its condition (it didnt even have a proper door handle) and I asked for the vehicle that was sent on first day and it was not sent until 4th day of the tour. Even the drivers were switched and I had to explain what was covered in the first day with the other driver. You cannot switch around vehicles and drivers until there was a real need. All other aspects of the tour went well.

What can I say about the trip!!it is even worst than worst. I have paid 19000 for the trip but got hotel which don't have a towel and soap .even 2 single beds are there for a couple. Room is not clean at all .the bed sheets are looks like 50 years old. When I checked with hotel people, regarding per day charge it is 800 per day but this guy has taken 19000 for 3 couples. At least he should have given us a deluxe hotel. Another interesting fact is driver doesn't know the package .he was told one night stay at srisailam and come back to Hyderabad. Next day morning the driver called us exactly at 9 am and told us to visit rest of the places. We we're excited that we will see all the places today but what the he took us to the dam which is on the way and then saying we are going to Hyderabad. I told what about other places mentioned in the package. He is saying I don't know other places I was told up and down to srisailam. OMG .I started arguing and he was over speeding the car. Then he was asking to pay the rest amount I said I will talk to your owner and then pay. The owner is not picking up the call. Then he stopped at petrol pump and put oil exactly same to outstanding amount which 2200 and then asking to pay rest of the amount. I said I won't give you a single penny do whatever you want to do..then he called his owner and we had chat . He said go back to srisailam and visit the rest of places and pay the petrol amount..it was around 4pm . We decided to go to waterfall and then came back to Hyderabad. I would say don't book package from this kind of people who plays with people's emotions.
