Flight was not good.overall trip was nice
They were on time. Their executives were friendly helpful. But their itinerary was a little disappointing because I had a lot of free time which I could have spent seeing more.
Unprofessional. First, one person contacted first for a few days for trip details. After paying part-payment, and just before our trip another person came into picture. Then, after reaching there, cab driver took over and all 3 were behind collecting the remaining money. They informed me hotel was booked. But after reaching the designated hotel, name was not found and room was not booked. Got a rear-side room (low cost-standby room?!). Local site-seeing was arranged in hurry saying rain will come and we have to hurry. For Havelock trip after reaching the phoenix bay port gate in the early morning just a few minutes before departure, the driver handed over sealed envelope which had 1 day expired ticket. When I enquired, he made a few calls and then asked to buy new tickets inside the makruzz office. Without ticket, security refused to allow inside port. With repeated requests and showing expired tickets security finally allowed to enter port with strict instruction to makruzz van driver to return us to gate if tickets are not available. Repaid full ticket price for ferry tickets to reach havelock. Came back with govt. ferry after purchasing available tickets. After enquiring, came to know first person is from Delhi connecting someone in port-blair. Overall, unprofessional staff throughout in Emerald holidays. Disappointed. Instead book hotel yourself by calling the hotel, reach there and arrange cab with the hotel. Dhilip
The worst ever experience i ever had there I paid them plus i paid 1500 extra because of there miss management.
Poor coordination and when i told them something they passed it on to other and let me irritatin throuout the tour.
