we were family group of 10 people, generally we like to book our tours online, but we decided to go with travelraga.com. The tour was very well managed and everything went as per the itinerary. Mr Vetant was very supportive and helpful. We would recommend then to others and would like to select travelraga for our next trip as well.

These are the letters written to Aru devgan (email@example.com) to which she is not responding. You will be able to find below my pleas, my feed back and my request for reimbursment to travelraga.com but they have not gotten back to me.
My travel was from 16th May 2017- 24thMay 2017
It has been more than a week now. This is not a joke. I have given you serious feedback and I expect some basic level of decency from your end to acknowledge that. You promised me to reimburse my money back when we talked over the phone. Your delay is making no sense Aru!
Just gives me more confidence that the decision to not pay on your behalf for the hotel in Chandigarh by trusting your baseless requests was the right thing to do.
What is taking so long for the so called clarifications on the terms of reimbursement which were agreed by you?!!!
When will you reimburse my money?

It definitely feels sad to share a bad experience. However, these words are not enough to explain the actual situation. I clearly told you I am going to Marhi with the Manali taxi driver which you acknowledged and cut the call.
With great disappointment I am writing to you about the experience my family and I had gone through during the Himachal tour which was organized by you.
Day 01 - Chandigarh to Shimla: (16-May-2017)

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK--- Travel Raga representative was only a Driver you have arranged externally? The car ( Maruti Swift Dzire) does not have Air conditioning.. We were suffering in that car. What quality of car these people have? It was very hot in Chandigarh and on the way to Manali & Dalhousie and also on the way to Dalhousie & Chandigarh.
and drive to Shimla (345 Kms / 9 Hrs). When ever reach at Shimla check into your hotel & get fresh. Evening free for leisure & take your dinner at hotel.

Day 02 â€“ Shimla: (17-May-2017)
After Breakfast proceed for Full day sight seeing to
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK--- As mentioned by you in this itinerary the driver was supposed to take us to the Jakhoo hills and temple associated with it. He complains that his car cannot be taken there due to "Union" problem which you have not mentioned in the itinerary.
We had to pay Rs 1000/- extra to a local taxi operator in order to view this point, despite your promise in the itinerary that payment of Rs61,000/- includes all above mentioned places.

CUSTOMER FEEDBACK--- FYI- if you had googled the name it is mentioned Wildflower Hall. He did not take us to Wild Flower Hall!
4. Halipad --- He did not take us to Helipad!
5 Bhimakali temple --- He did not take us to Bhimkali Temple!
6. Kufri, Indira Tourist Park & Mini zoo in Shimla by Individual Taxi.
In the evening back to Hotel . Free to visit to Mall Road for souvenir Shopping. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK--- He was so lazy to drive to Mall road and he was consistently discouraging us from going to Mall Road!!
From the day we landed, the driver kept on mentioning that it is very cold in Shimla and he has only 2 shirts and no warm clothes.
If his concern was to make us aware that it was cold in Shimla we were prepared with our clothes! Why does he tell us he has only 2 clothes?
Also, on the second day he kept telling he has fever. So, we gave him medicine for fever from our first aid kit.
And up on complaining about the driver to you and on requesting you to handle the situation carefully because we had to deal with the same person for the remaining trip. Aru you handled it so immaturely that the travel agent was questioning and shouting terribly at me as to why I am so concerned about what clothes the driver has and whether he has fever or not? Aru, I presume that you will understand that a sick person in an enclosed car will spread virus to the commuters and by gods grace we overcome that by taking medicine continuously.

Day 03 - Shimla to Manali Via Kullu Manikaran: (18-May-2017)
After breakfast you will proceed to Manali (270 km 8/9 hrs)
On the way visit Kullu and Manikaran sightseeing & enjoy river rafting in Kullu
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK--- You have mentioned enjoy river rafting in Kullu which would mean you have your designated teams to take us for the river rafting activity!!! Yet again that was not the case...Again we had to pay another Rs 6000/- for river rafting.
At every point, you left us with no proper information and we were feeling cheated to have taken your help and advice for this trip!!!
In Manikaran you can visit Gurudwara and Hot water spring.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK --- Initially, the driver was not ready to take us to Manikaran and on telling him that we will call and complain to the travel agent he said that Manikaran would be shown on the way to Dalhousie
Dinner Overnight Stay at Manali Hotel.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK--- The hotel given to us was not ready to accommodate us however (don't know by luck or God's grace ) the substitute hotel was good. One of the only decent hotel stays in this trip!
Day 04 â€“ Manali: (19-May-2017)

Vashisht Village CUSTOMER FEEDBACK--- He did not take us to Vishsiht Village/ Temple complaining that it is very very far away from the town and he cannot take us to that place because yet again "Union" people would break his vehicle down !
Obviously by the this time we are not in a position to trust a single word coming out of the driver's mouth and we started inquiring with others about the site visits there.
Evening free to visit Mall Road .Back to Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 05 - Manali -Snow Point- Manali (Upto Snow Line): (20-May-2017)
After Breakfast Full day excursion visiting Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Rohtang Pass or Solang Valley - (tourist spot in Himalaya having snow all 12 months) is the most visited tourist spot . Dinner and Overnight at hotel.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK--- The driver was not ready to take us to any of these places and when I inquired with you Aru, you are telling me after I am halfway through the trip that the car you have arranged will not be taken to that place. What sort of planning or information do you have about this place? And you also mentioned that Marhi is not a place worth seeing. I wonder if you are commenting these after seeing the place in person or just to pacify and fool the customer.
If we cannot the see the ice/ snow in Marhi or the Rohtang pass what is the use of having Manali in your itinerary????
We have inquired and got the information of what is required to take personal car / taxi to Marhi.
The " Union" people in Manali are not crazy to break someone's car down as claimed by the driver to us.
The additional work your driver has to do is take a car Permit through online
Please note that there is no Union problem as mentioned by you and we have seen lot of private and taxi cars from other states plying to Marhi without any problem
NOTE:- On this day the driver assigned to us had absolutely no work. He was happily enjoying and resting.
Day 06 - Manali to Dalhousie: (21-May-2017)
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK--- The worst part of the trip now starts.
Morning after breakfast departs for Dalhousie (4 hrs.) --- even in MAP it says 8 hours!
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK--- The driver was driving at 30-35 km/hr speed! And he took 8 hours journey nearly 14 hours without Air conditioning and literally with the attitude of taking revenge for complaining against him earlier. We were suffering throughout the journey badly. It was pathetic to have this kind of a driver for such a long trip. We had also requested you to change the driver before!! Which you did not help us with and you were asking us to cooperate. We paid money to you so that we get the right service and not to do the favour to the driver. I hope you understand that!
Also, he did not take us to Manikaran Gurudwar on the way to Dalhousie, due to his extremely slow driving skills. I'm sure this was plotted against us as we we complained about him.
---- I WANT REIMBURSEMENT FOR THIS. IF YOUR PEOPLE CAN'T TAKE US TO THE PLACES PROMISED IN THE DEAL THEN WHY ARE YOU EMPLOYING THEM?
However, we have cooperated and kept quiet even though we were not taken to the places promised in the itinerary.
On arrival check- in at the hotel. Rest of the day for leisure and shopping.

Day 07 â€“ Dalhousie: (22-May-2017)
full day sightseeing to Khajjiar, 18 Kms from. Dalhousie. c
Day 08 - Dalhousie to Chandigarh: (23-May-2017)
After breakfast we checked out from hotel and proceed for Chanidgarh by Road (06hrs.). On Arrival checkin at Hotel and immediately later we proceed for Local Sight seeing where we cover Rose Garden / Rock Garden /Sukhna Lake. Overnight at Chandigarh
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK---In order to adjust and cooperate, we decided to skip breakfast and started early morning (7.00 a.m.) from Dalhousie because of the driver's mentality.
S.C Residency was the best hotel out of all the hotels booked and when we finally relaxed here knowing that this would be the last day to suffer with the pathetic driver, we got another shock. And that is, your company has not paid the hotel charges!!!
The hotel owner himself has given such pathetic feedback about travel raga company.
We had to follow up with you till almost midnight to make you pay the money. We paid the money well in advance for the entire trip, yet you failed to do the payment on time.

Day 09 â€“ Chandigarh: (24-May-2017)
Today after breakfast we checkout from hotel and proceed for Chandigarh Airport.
SO THE EXTRA PAYMENTS INCURRED BY US ARE:-
1. JAKOO TEMPLE - Rs1000/-
2. MARHI SNOWPOINT - Rs6000/-
As discussed and agreed via telephonic conversation we expect you to payback the money at the earliest and confirm per return mail
TOUR END HERE WITH UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES!!!!!!!!---- INDEED THE TOUR ENDED WITH UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES. WE HAVE LEARNED SOME BITTER LESSONS.
I hope someone looks into this and help me with my issue.

Overall, Travel Raga did not provide value for money.
(1) The Vehicle which was provided was pathetic and we had terrible experience. We finally rejected vehicle after reaching Kathgodam. On 3rd day replacement vehicle reached. 1st day was terrible.
(2) Hotel in Bhimtal and Jem Corbette was good but those in Kausani and Ranikhet were not good. Hotel and room in Kausani was pathetic. Finally we had to pay more to get better rooms. Even at Bhimtal, lake facing rooms were not given.
(3) When we tried to contact agent from Kausani, phone was not picked up. This was a poor service.
(4) At Jim Corbette, wrong jeep safari was provided. It was not in the zone of Tiger reserve.
(5) Initially we had booked Force traveller, but we were not told that it will not go to local tour of Nainital. We could have gone for Innova instead.
We did not get our value for money. Moreover, it could not enjoy most part of our trip.
We are very sure, agency made hude amount of money.
Out o 2,20,000/-, Rs 15000 was for change in vehicle type as we refused to continue with poor quality traveller.
