communication gap everywhere
initially they promised me that package will cost 16500 and up to ?5000 cash back. i asked them any charges extra through written communication and for the same they said no more charges. they demanded 100% payment after token amount to book hotel and cab otherwise they will not proceed. and demanded 4000 as peak charges and 2690 as gst. without option i paid the money but after went to goa, i surprised that the itinerary is not shared with cab driver they made us to wait half day with family
