In collaboration with OTM Mumbai, TravHQ has organized a discussion based on the theme, ‘Leveraging content to inspire travellers’. This is done as a part of the three day event that is being held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Goregaon, Mumbai.
At the event, the ex-CMO, Lata Subramanian said that today’s youth does not talk about those things that money cannot buy. Instead they talk about such things that money can buy. Through this event, they will try to instigate people so that they travel. As compared to the foreign travel guides, the Indian guides are not so well-trained. At the same time, the brand wants to share their knowledge about the destinations so that the travellers choose them instead of the other hotels.
It was also discussed that the brand cannot use the sales pitch. Instead, content should be developed with strong ideas. According to them, if the business people started sponsoring good content creators, the Indian online content industry will experience a huge makeover.
