Indian Government has decided to increase tourist Visa duration for Bangladeshi residents over 65 years to five years from the present one year duration. A statement from Indian Home Ministry has issued stating that the visa norm has been enhanced from one year to five years and it will also have multiple entry facility for Bangladeshi visitors falling in the mentioned age category.
The decision has been taken to promote Indian tourism and easing visa norms is surely going to help this.
