Though some of the past tie ups were not successful enough but now IRCTC has proper tie ups with Amazon and Yebhi.com. Now a days, many passengers are buying tickets online and to facilitate that and other products these tie ups are going to happen. The customers who are using these sites on IRCTC’s site not getting into big transaction which is leading to the unsuccessful tie ups and for this reason there is need for a separate line of products as suggested by Ashish Jhalani.
