After receiving several complains over the year regarding drunkards, finally the Goa Government has introduced a Bill on Monday that purposes “No Alcohol Consumption Zones” for the state. The Chief Minister of Goa – Mr. Laxmikant Parseka has self-introduced the bill which imposes a fine amount between INR 1,000 – 10,000 for guilty individuals in a "No Alcohol Consumption Zone".
