Cox & Kings Sells its Entire Stake In Explore Worldwide To Hotelplan UK Group

Cox & Kings sells its entire stake in Explore Worldwide, adventure travel business to Hotelplan UK Group for GBP 25.8 million. This includes soft adventure tour operator, Explore and the driving specialist RegalDive. 

The Cox & Kings Director, Mr Peter Kerkar said that this will help them in focusing on hybrid hotels, leisure and education.

Cox & Kings has its headquarters in India and operates under its Meininger brand 16 European hotels. PGL, NST and Superbreak are also its other travel brands.  

Explore Worldwide was established in the year 1981 and it offers 450 adventure travel itineraries approximately across 120 countries.
