Cliveden is a three story hotel with 48 rooms, spread over the area of 376 acres each corner of which spreads a vibe of the heaven with its historical ambience, old world charm, royal decor and finest of the upholstery.
The house belonged to the british official, William Waldorf Astor whose father then purchased this luxury for him for over $1.25 million. However after becoming the Viscount Astor he was asked to vacate his seat to the house of commons. But then his wife became the first woman to take seat in the British Parliament. So in brief the Cliveden has a long historical significance before it actually became the most historic airport hotel.
The modern day Cliveden hotel stands as an epitome of luxury and is so grand property. The hotel is operated by the Iconic Luxury Hotel Group but is still owned by the National Trust and takes care of all the maintenance and outdoors. The massive garden, elaborate event rooms, the perfect decor and French dining rooms all these elements add up to the beauty of the Cliveden and make it the most historic airport hotel.
