1. Ogasawara Islands
Located in Japan, the archipelago consists of 30 islands. These islands were never connected to any continent. The flora and fauna of this place is unique as it has its own evolutionary process. 2. Wadi Rum
The desert valley is located in Japan . It covers the southern part of the country by more than 700 square kilometers . The ruggedly beautiful place has breathtaking cliffs, caverns and gorges. Its history can be traced back to 10,000 B.C. If you are lucky, then you can also discover inscriptions or rock carvings of early settlers of Wadi Rum.
3. Lord Howe Island
The island is located north east of Sydney, Australia . The flight from Sydney takes two hours. The island is for those who like to be immersed in peace and tranquility of nature. The island is only 12 kilometers long, from one end to another . There are only handful of shops and small hotels. So, just pack your lunch, hire a bicycle, and start exploring the island and its beautiful lagoon beach.
4. Keahiakawelo
Part of Hawaii islands, Keahiakawelo has out-of-the-world landscape . The red rocks look very beautiful along with the contrasting blue ocean. Moreover, Hotel Lanai, the local hotel showcases the Hawaiian culture in an excellent manner.
5. Saint-Sauvant
It is a remote village tucked in the beautiful valleys of the cognac country, France . This is the place where one can enjoy the old world charm in spite of using modern day amenities.
6. Wuppertal
Germany's Incredible Hanging Railway are found in Wuppertal . The "floating trains" has been continuously operated since 1901 and were the oldest monorail system in the world. About 40% of buildings in the city were destroyed by Allied bombing during World War II. However, a lot of historic sites have been preserved among them.
7. Namje
There is no road to Namje, Nepal. So, there are very few tourists and nature can be experienced in its full glory. Native people are master craftsmen. Boarding and lodging is quite reasonable too.

9. Lencois Maranhenses
The place is in Brazil . The best season is during the rainy season due to the abundance of freshwater pools. The whole place looks out of this world with the contrasting colors of white sand dunes and turquoise water.
10. Boettcherstrasse
It is a 100 meter long street in Bremen, Germany . The street is the Mecca of expressionist architecture as every building of the street is, spectacularly made and can be a topic of research.
