don't simply waste time for replying reviews.go and serve your customers.first thing there is no official receipts or any valid documents for the company.they simply send mails with lots of mistakes. our driver was very rude and he just thrown us(remember 2 kids) in the road and left. i am having all the audio recordings of that driver, officials who called me..really rude..don't ever make a deal with this company..
company reply : Dear Guest,Thanks for your review and Ratings.As per your comments, you have cancelled the cab by your end and yes you haven't updated the things about cancelled vehicle with us from our package.You switched off your mobile and we called to our hotel where you was staying from our package then we came to know why you have switched off the mobile.As per our package agreement we need to collect all the payment against our package because our cab has picked you from airport after availing the services you have cancelled.After all this we haven't cancelled your whole package and you stayed in our booked hotel, so how we have cheated you, i think we should charge for all the package amount from you then only you should write the same then we will ok what you written.We have cooperated with you but if we feel that you should write like this then no company will cooperate with guest after starting of the trip.Thanks,Team Mij
