About Ahimsa
Ahimsa is a four-piece world music outfit situated in Germany, India, and Switzerland. Today, Ahimsa visits as a group of four, with Matthias on guitar, Radhakrishna on the uncommon and one of a kind, stereophonic twofold violin, and percussionists Udai and Yoga, from North and South India, individually. Their musicianship is eminent and their live exhibitions are combustible.

The band makes brave and convincing investigations, played with virtuosity reminiscent of the unbelievable Shakti group, yet in the meantime inventive, crisp and exceptionally their own. Confirming their astonishing virtuosity, the band's individual individuals have teamed up with a veritable's who of present day music - from Pandit Ravi Shankar, maestro Yehudi Menuhin, Stephane Grappelli, Dr. L. Subramaniam to John McLaughlin, Zakir Hussain, and V.M. Bhatt to give some examples. Explore and experience this event more.
