• * 20% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• ·Prior to 45 days or more: 40% of amount will be deducted of total package amount
• . Between 44 and 31 days of departure: 50% of amount will be deductedof total package amount

• .Between 20 and 14 days of departure: 75% of amount will be deductedof total package amount
• .14 days prior to date of departure: 100% amount will be deductedof total package amount
• .In case of no show no refund will be given
•  Per person rates in Rs. - applicable on 2 persons staying together sharing the same room
•  Service Tax extra as applicable is Included
•  Transportation as per itinerary only not available at disposal
•  The package does not include guide services. These can be availed at an additional cost
•  Meal plan: EP - Accommodation only, CP - Accommodation with breakfast, MAP
•  Accommodation with breakfast, lunch or dinner, AP - Accommodation with breakfast, lunch and
• dinner
•  The package cannot be combined with any other offer
•  Check inn and Check out time depends on the concerned Hotel policy.
•  In Case of Rooms booked on CP/MAP/AP Basis food will be provided as per the Kitchen

•  A/C Will be switched of in Hilly Areas.
•  In case of any irradiated activities in Jammu & amp; Kashmir, The Roomie is not responsible for any
• loss and there is no refund in that case.
•  In case of transporters strike cab will not go anywhere. The Roomie is not responsible for any

•  In any case of heavy snow fall or any interrelated activities roads closed then there is no refund

•  Cost related to Inner Line Permits for Leh Ladakh is not included in the package.
•  The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals, long weekends and New Year
•  The Roomie is not responsible for any personal loss, any damage to passengers traveling, any
• misshaping any road accident during the tour.
•  The Roomie is not responsible for any vehicle damage in terms of mechanical fault, any
• electrical fault or Tyre bust or any other problem in vehicle during the tour In this case no
• refund will be given
•  Entry fee to any park/Museum/ Amusement park/ Zoo/ theater/Club/ Temple and charges for
• any activities is not included /Charges Related to horse Ride/Camel Ride/Yak Ride/
• Paragliding/ River Rafting/Rope way etc. Games is not included
•  Clearance of full package payment is mandatory 15 days before departure of tour, if full package
• payments not done in the given time frame your booking will stands cancelled & amp; The Roomie
• is not liable to refund the advance booking amount paid by you to confirm the package.
•  All the meals mentioned in itinerary would be provided in specified hotel only where you are
• going to stay during the tour.
•  Travel/Medical insurance not included
•  Fees / Charges related to any tourist Permit is not included.
•  Personal medical kit is not included
•  Expenses for personal nature is not included
•  Emergency evacuation cost is not included
•  Permit related to Rohtang Pass is not included
•  Anything not mentioned under Inclusions in your itinerary is exclusion
• Please Note:- Disputes if any, arising out of or in connection with Terms and conditions, Stay, Food,
• Travel plan, inclusions, Cancellation policy, Bookings in hotel, bookings of cab, Any personal loss or
• misshaping during tour, Any Road accident During the Tour, Regarding Permits to Rohtang, inner line
• permit for Leh and any entry restricted by government for some specific days or months to National
• parks any state or borders or places closed due to some interrelated activities, Regarding payments and
• refunds, any loss due to nature/weather conditions or above package offered by The Roomie or as a
• result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
• competent courts / tribunals in Ambala only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas
• have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
