6 Days 5 Nights Jalpaiguri, Darjeeling, Tenzing with Gangtok Luxury Trip Package

On arrival at Bagdogra Airport IXB, you will be transferred to Darjeeling. Also called Queen of the hills, Darjeeling is located at a height of 2042 meters. It’s major attraction is the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway or Toy Train which runs between New Jalpaiguri and Darjeeling which is also a UNESCO World Heritage site. After completing a 3. 5 hours journey, you will reach the town and check-in to your OYO hotel. Evening will be free for leisure followed by an overnight stay at the hotel.

Early morning at around 04:00 AM, drive to the 2440-meter high Tiger Hill to view the sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak subject to clear weather. On the way back visit the Ghoul Monastery & Batasia Loop and come back to the hotel for breakfast. Then, move from the hotel to visit places like - Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute closed on Thursday, Tenzing and Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center closed on Sunday and Tea Garden. Evening is free for a stroll around the market followed by an overnight stay. Tiger Hill

After breakfast, drive to Pelling for a spectacular view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. It is located at a distance of 75 kms from Darjeeling. Pelling is a serene mountain village lying in the western districts of Sikkim at an altitude of 2000 metres approx. dotted with ieties of rhododendron, orchids and historical sites. On arrival, check-in to your OYO hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Stay overnight

Have breakfast and explore Pelling locally. Start by covering the places like Rimbi Waterfalls, Kanchenjunga Waterfalls and Khecheopalri Lake, a holy Buddhist lake believed to grant wishes. After the visit, you will be transferred to Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim where you will check-in to your OYO hotel. The evening will be free for leisure followed by an overnight stay

After breakfast, you will be taken for a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir. The oval-shaped lake is nearly 50 feet deep and usually covered in snow. Many migratory birds including the Brahmini ducks can be spotted here. Nearby is the sacred Baba Mandir known to be a very holy site honoring Indian army soldier, folk hero & saint Baba Harbhajan Singh. Then, return to Gangtok to spend a leisurely evening and overnight stay.

Post breakfast, you will proceed to the Bagdogra Airport to board your return flight. The journey will take approximately 4. 5 hrs.
