Terms and Conditions

• * 50% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• i Hotel check in and Check out time will be 12:00 Noon. Early Check In, late Checkout under the discretion of hotel and subject to Availability
• ii Houseboat check in Time is 12:00 Noon & Check out time is 09:00 AM. Early Check In subject to Availability
• iii In case of unavailability of room, an alternate hotel in similar category will be provided with the concurrence of customer.
• iv Rooms in Munnar, Thekkay will be provided with Non A/c rooms because of hill stations.
• v Drivers are fully engaged in driving during day hours and working time of them is up to dusk. After sunset driving is under the discretion of driver.
• vi Vehicle is permitted to move as per the itinerary and blocked kilometre. Extra charge will be incurred from customer for extra kilometre.
• vii For a perfect tour as per the itinerary, customer is requested to follow the timings. During tour driver / holiday advisor will be for your assistance.
• viii A/c Available in Deluxe house boat from 9 PM to 6 AM. A/c Available in Premium and Luxury from Check in to checkout
• ix Total kilometre for the vehicle counts from Kochi to Kochi not from pick up point.
