It was a hassle free tour as agreed they have made all arrangements and we have enjoyed it. 1. They sent Innova vehicle of Shimla to Amrithsar and the driver was not well versed with roads and he was repeatedly stopping the vehicle to ask people or at places made mistake of route resulting in loss of time. But then we had to take help of Google maps. 2. We had asked for 3 Star hotel but the Shimla one was like a service apartment. However the hotel people looked after us very well supplied good vegetarian food. Initially they said they will charge us for the room heater and finally did not charge us at Shimla. 3. The Amritsar hotel was good and they also supplied excellent Vegetarian food.

Experience is very good, Travel agency also helpful, but I think the communication between travel agency and Transport agency is not so good. Cabs driver misguide on few cases for extra pocket money, say on Kufri he suggest one horse travel agent who was very bad, he took the money from us and not leave us 2 km away from destination point. The Agent name is "KD". another case was cabs driver drive from Manali to Chandigarh on service root, the root is dangerous and almost 100km more that Highway root, I think he did this as because he can show the KM distance more for more money. At last cab driver not leave us on Chandigarh station, travel agency arranged two auto to leave us. "Travelers must know these things so in that cases they will not harass"
