Terms and Conditions

• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis.
