• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

• keyboard_double_arrow_right 1. Please carry a valid identity proof Passport, Drivers License PAN Card etc. as they are required during check in.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right 2. You are requested to provide the hard copies of the hotel vouchers at the time of Check in
• keyboard_double_arrow_right 3. Check-In time is 12:00/1400 hours and the Check-Out time is 10:00/1200 hours.

• keyboard_double_arrow_right Booking Condition & Booking Process:
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø All the payment has to be made in Favor of Your Tour Adviser Private Limited. Through DD/Cash /Cheque, NEFT, Credit Card, Debit Card payable.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø 45% non refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø 30% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking or before give you’re the service voucher.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø 25% pay amount before 5 days departure date
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø The package cannot be combined with any other offers
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.

• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø There is no contract between Your Tour Adviser Private Limited. and the client until the company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking before 15 days of the travel date because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø Advance token amount 25% is non-refundable in any cases.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø 25% not refundable amount and Once booking made cancellation charge will be 30% of total billing
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø 30 - 15 days Before Check in - 50% of the total estimated bill
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø 15- 07 days - 75 % of the Total Estimated Bill.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø 07 Days before check in - 100% of the total Estimated Bill
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Ø Any complimentary services If not provided cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon concerned hotels cancellation policy
