• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

• keyboard_double_arrow_right If Any Transfer Pickup Time Falls from 2200hrs – 0700hrs, SGD$ 20 Per Transfer will be Added in Final Invoice.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellation policy : 10 working days before arrival date, thereafter rooms would be auto reconfirmed.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Once you hold any booking, it would be considered as confirmed booking.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Bank Charges @ SGD 20 Per Booking for TT/Remittance charges
