Terms and Conditions

• keyboard_double_arrow_right * 35% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right * Refund will be made within 15 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right 1. Best efforts will be there to provide accommodation in the mentioned hotels, otherwise accommodation in similar hotels will be provided.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right 2. Any extra person not included in the package sharing the same accommodation with extra bed will cost Rs. 800 extra per day.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right 3. Children between 6 to 12 years if not included in the package sharing the same accommodation will cost as per the hotel policies.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right 4. 35% to 40% advance required for confirmed bookings. Balance amount to be paid at the time of arrival.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right 5. We accept payment through cash and online bank transfers only during the trip. Credit cards are not accepted.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right 6. If the tour effects with any govt. policies or norms prices could increase or decrease.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right 7. Cancellation policy: full refund if booking cancelled before 15 days of arrival.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right 8. The rates are subject to change any prior notice due to increase in fuel rates etc.
