• keyboard_double_arrow_right • Once booking is completed you will receive Hotel voucher This takes one to two week depends on rush as we need to get email confirmation from hotels before sending voucher
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • Cab details will be forwarded through SMS one day prior to arrival

• keyboard_double_arrow_right • If you don’t want to visit us or if your arrival is not at Cochin, please inform us in advance and should do balance payment before arrival
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • We will be providing all necessary documents during this visit
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • For Non Cochin arrival, full payment should be made at least one day prior to arrival in order to arrange pick up
• keyboard_double_arrow_right Cancellation fees will be applicable as per the hotel norms
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • Your accommodation is selected as per your budget.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • The rate communicate to you on email is calculated on the basis of hotels and room type mentioned
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • We do not have any hidden charges except your lunch and dinner.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • Any extra bed/ breakfast which are not mentioned have to be paid directly by guest as per hotel policy.

• keyboard_double_arrow_right • In A/C Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9:00 P. M. to 6:00 A. M.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • Rooms will be Non A/C at Munnar and Thekkady for all category of packages if package has Munnar or Thekkady
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • In case of any unexpected bandh or strike, we will make alternative arrangements, please bare with us.
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • Balance payment will not be accepted by Cheque or DD
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • We strongly suggest that you should check the reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package and change of hotel on arrival would charge retention
• keyboard_double_arrow_right • In case of non availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different Options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depends on the hotel selection. There will not be any change in the hotels specified without your concern.
