Arrive at Port Blair and check in at the hotel. Afternoon visit Corbyn's Cove beach. The tourism complex offer restaurant and changing room. The entire environ provides a panoramic view of the blue water front. Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail. At evening, we move for the Light and Sound Show at Cellular Jail where the saga of the freedom struggle brought alive.
After breakfast, start to Havelock Island by ferry. On arrival check in at the hotel. Optional activities like snorkeling, Scuba diving and other water sports at Elephant Beach are available at extra cost. Overnight at the hotel.
Optional sightseeing (subject to weather conditions) at extra cost to Elephanta Beach. Start early morning by 7 am and embark on the most memorable snorkelling trip, just 40 min by boat this beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers, Scuba Divers or water sports enthusiasts. It s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 metre. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life.
Day 5: Havelock Island - Port Blair - Mount Harriet
After breakfast, check out from Havelock Island and proceed back towards Port Blair (via ferry). Afternoon we take Mount Harriet, the highest peak in the South Andamans (365 metres high). During British Raj, was established as the summer headquarters of the Chief Commissioner. In this place one can enjoy the fascinating over view of the surrounding islands and the sea. Also a best place for trekking upto the point called Maduban.
After breakfast, go for sightseeing and visit Cellular Jail (National Memorial), Chatham saw mill (the oldest and biggest mill in Asia), Forest Museum, Samundrika (Naval Marine Museum), Science Centre, Anthropological Museum, which displays the tools, models habitats, art and handcrafts of the aboriginal tribes of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. At evening, we proceed to Sagarika ( the Govt. Emporium of Handcraft) and local market for shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel.
