You will be met at the International Airport of Kilimanjaro upon your arrival at 09:05 am.

After your safari briefing, you will drive towards Lake Manyara National Park through Arusha town. You will have a stop in Arusha town for currency exchange and a quick freshening up.

Later on, with picnic lunch, you will continue with your trip to Lake Manyara National Park for your half day game drive in the park.

Large flocks of pink flamingos along the lake are some of the highlights of this park. The national park is also home to the unique tree-climbing lions of Lake Manyara, which you/’ll have the chance to see lounging in the high tree branches. Nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment, the park is recognized for its incredible beauty. You can see many game animals such as buffalo, elephant, giraffe, impala, hippo and others.

Eventually you will arrive and stay overnight near the beautiful Lake Manyara, which Ernest Hemingway called the /“The loveliest lake in Africa./”

Early start today for a morning game drive to see nocturnal predators returning from their hunt and animals waking up in early morning light.

You can take breakfast boxes with you and have a bush breakfast when the sun is up before you visit the interesting documentation center about Serengeti at Seronera.

Return to your lodge for a relaxed lunch under the shade of an old acacia tree.

We then go for evening game drive after resting for a while.

Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa with all meals included plus assorted drinks.

It is always good to have an early morning game drive in the Serengeti. We drive early to catch the early morning atmosphere of the plains.

You will return to your lodge for breakfast following which you will return to the park in search of wildebeest migration. The migration is dependent on the time of the year. For the month of JulyAugust, the migration is more toward the northern part of Serengeti.

Later in the afternoon we return to the lodge.

Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Sopa, with all meals included plus assorted drinks.

After breakfast, it/’ll be time to begin saying goodbye to Africa, as you drive from the crater to Kilimanjaro International Airport via Arusha town to catch your flight.
