Your pick-up from Delhi airport or the railway-station would be arranged as per the schedule and we would be traveling to Haridwar from Delhi around 3 PM in the afternoon. Until then, you can go around visiting the famous sight-seeing places in Delhi and shop for a few things for your kith and kin. Binge on the Delhi street food as much as you want. The distance from Delhi to Haridwar is around 219.3 km and it approximately takes about 4 hours to get there. Once we are in Haridwar, we would quickly freshen up and then head to witness the most beautiful Ganga Arti and the Har ki Pauri. After some sumptuous dinner, we would be traveling overnight to Gupt Kashi.
Check-in to a hotel at Gupt Kashi and get freshened up quickly. After a sumptuous and filling breakfast, we would be going around Gupt Kashi exploring some places. We shall be visiting the Ukhimath Omkareshwar temple, Vishwanathji Temple, and other prominent temples of the region. You can go around exploring the local restaurants for lunch. Later, in the evening you can shop a little from the local markets. Finish your dinner at the hotels and drift off to sleep.
We would be waking up early today and after a quick bath and breakfast we would be off to explore the Manikarnik Kund, Gaurikund and after these two places you would be visiting the holiest Shiva shrines of India, Kedarnath. Kedarnath is around 13 kms away from Gupt Kashi and it is known to be one of the most famous pilgrim centers for Hindus. A lot of devotees flock to the temples of Kedarnath to seek blessings from the Lord. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this temple is filled with devotees from every nook and corner of the country. Kedarnath is always part of the Chota Char Dham Yatra and has to be visited once in lifetime. The quiet snow-clad mountains and the gonging of bells at the temple are known to ignite a sense of true devotion in everyone when you are here. Spend some time in solitude praying to the Lord and then head back to Gupt Kashi for a quick dinner and sleep.
Today is going to be a little hectic. We would be checking out from the hotel at Gupt Kashi by 4 AM in the morning and start our journey towards Badrinath. Located at a distance of 187 km, Badrinath is one of the popular pilgrim centres in India. After a quick breakfast at one of the restaurants on the way we shall be visiting the Tapt Kund, Narad kund, Brahma Kapal, Sheshnetra, Charan Paduka, Mata Murty Temple and then today you are free to explore restaurants during lunch and also indulge in some street-shopping. Come back to the hotel and slide under your blankets quickly after a light dinner.
Have some yummy breakfast at the hotel be ready to explore the quaintest Mana Village, Vasundhara, Bheem Pul, and Vyas Gufa today. Today is going to be a good-bye day and you would certainly feel a little sad leaving. Yet, you would have tons of memories to cherish. You would be transferred back to Delhi from Badrinath from where you can take your flights or trains back home.
