In the morning, enjoy breakfast. Followed by this, be ready to begin a 99 km road drive to Shillong. It would take around 3 to 4 hours to complete the drive. En route, explore the surreal beauty of Umiam Lake, also known as Barapani Lake. Shillong Peak Perched at an altitude of 1965 meters, the Shillong Peak offers a panoramic view of the entire city. Nohkalikai Falls At a height of 340 meters, the Nohkalikai waterfall is the highest waterfall in India. Seven Sisters Falls The Seven Sisters Falls in the East Khasi Hills district is a waterfall to see only during the rainy season. Mawsmai Cave The Mawsmai caves are a major tourist attraction in the heritage town of Cherrapunji. Arwah Cave The Arwah Cave is another picturesque tourist attraction which you will cover on this 6 days northeast tour. Explore flora and fauna and delight in the scenic beauty.

Like all days, day 4 of this excursion will also start with a nutritious breakfast. Followed by this, you will be taken to Asia/’s cleanest village Mawlynnong through a 78 km road drive. The pristine natural beauty of this Eco tourism destination in Meghalaya is something which cannot be missed out.After Mawlynnong, the next stopover on the day 4 sightseeing tour is Dawki. In Jaintia Hills, this small town is another natures paradise in Meghalaya which is known for its clear and pristine Umngot River.In the evening, you will be taken back to Shillong. En route, visit the famous Root Bridge.

After having a breakfast, you will be taken to Kaziranga National Park through a road drive. From Shillong, Kaziranga is located at a distance of around 252 km, and hence, a road drive would take around 4 to 5 hours to complete. Upon arrival, check in to hotel.

In the morning, after having breakfast, enjoy a wildlife safari in Kaziranga National Park where you will get to see various wild species. Thereafter, you will be transferred to your onward destination (airport or railway station) to sum up this tour. Upon arrival at the airport or station, proceed to board your flight back home.
