• * 40% advance to be paid for booking of the total tour package cost.
• * Airfare/Transport fare to be paid full at one time in advance.
• * Upon cancellation, refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
• * Retention Amount ies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
• * Refund will be made within 35 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.

• • The Interlaken and Paris Itinerary days might be changed and shuffled to accommodate the event days or weekends. The final itinerary shall be informed while

• • One full paying Adult or Child is allowed to keep only one piece of Big Bag and one piece of Back pack in the bus luggage space. Any additional baggage shall be
• • charged at 50 Euros per piece of bag.
• • In Europe most of the hotels Do Not have Air-Conditioners in their guest rooms as they enjoy more of cold climatic conditions.
• • In Europe tap water is safe to drink therefore we request you to carry an empty bottle with you which you can fill whenever you wish to.
• • There are no refunds for any unused service eg: meals, sightseeing etc.
• • Incidentals like drinks, snacks, in-room dining, TV channels, any room damages in the room, bathroom water overflow etc while your stay at respective hotel will
• • have to bear & borne by the passengers.
