Overall, the experience was great. They booked nice hotels with complimentary meals. The net package price is reasonable. The only thing which I feel that they should start doing is that they should be little open to traveler's suggested itinerary rather that always force the traveler to take their standard itinerary. The trip was great expect the part that we missed North Sikkim tour due to landslide but still they manage to find an alternative plan to cover up the North Sikkim trip in the last minute. Also, I felt there was some mismatch in the communication between the travel agency and the local tour operator/driver. Travel agency promise some place but in the end the driver refuse to take us to those places.
