the worst service. lot of issues are coming from 1st day of trip till trip ends,our maximum time has spent on resolving the issues & coordinating with them.
1. for 2 couples they had booked room in 2 different hotels.
2. it was clearly informed them while booking that we require ac room bt they had booked non ac room.
3. the trip was of 2n n 3d then on 2 day traveler told to check out from hotel & carry our luggage till evening then done booking in another hotel
