Request to book the flight for the 11.30 at night. Booked for the same flight at 3.20 the night before withut my knowledge.The flight had a clause that no change can take place on the outbound flight. Therefore even after I tried paying money to take the folloing flight, because of the clause, I could not.It was no show plus heavy cancellation charges. The following day my business associate who had flown from the U.K. waited for me but nothing. She is sueing my company for heavy loss.
company reply : she missed her flight. we did try to help her but in such cases people are not satisfied. we even gave the person whatever refund was given from the airlines
