Jumeirah Mosque: Dubai

A perfect example of modern Islamic architecture, Jumeirah Mosque has become a landmark for the city of Dubai. Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding organizes regular tours for Non-Muslims inside this attractive mosque for promoting Islamic culture and religion. There are two tall minarets on two sides of the mosque and a huge central dome on top of the main building. There are smaller domes on all the four edges of the building. As expected, most number of devotees come to the mosque on Fridays, but tours are conducted on every Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday at 10 AM.
