Trekking in Tibet is extreme and only for the strong hearted. Most of the trek routes are not well marked so you will have to chart your own route in many of area; but this is a fact that you will not rue, infact it will only interest you. Unlike trekking in other mountain ranges, trekking anywhere in the Himalayas require taking precautions and getting used to climate and the high altitude. The weather might be chilling, but the sun rays are strong enough to give you a sunburn. The Everest region and Namchag Barwa trek, are the most popular trekking destination in Tibet.
