Hi, I'm satisfied with the service provided by Hello Travel. Mahesh has been very responsive to my emails and very responsible to ensure that I had checked-in at the hotel on the day of arrival. Any glitches such as late arrival of bus pickup or mis-communication between agents on trip/travel arrangements were quickly attended to. Improvements in better and clearer communication between agents would help reduce anxiety for tourists and make the travel experience more memorable. Regards, |
