Hi, This is feedback on holiday to India (Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Kerala) 7th Feb - 22 Feb 2010 ( Mr T.R.Haines & Party). We were impressed with your service in all departments.The airport pick ups were fine and all on time. The Driver & Mate we had for 5 days were exceptional,the minibus was very good, maybe a little older than the MPVs but lots of space and comfortable. The guides were very knowledgeable and thorough. Some of the hotels were lacking in customer service and we had a major problem at The Travancore Heritage which we are taking up with our KTC representative. We hope to use you again - do you have offices in other countries-Vietnam, maybe? Best Regards |
