Hi,

I strongly recommend Holiday India for your holiday trip in India. I had been on a 15 day vacation covering Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Udaipur - Delhi - Srinagar (Kashmir) - Gulmarg - Pahalgam - Srinagar - Delhi with them. Wherever required, their representatives were ready to receive us and the consultant was always available for contact to attend to our needs. The accomodation provided all through was very good. The drivers were well experienced and helpful/ understanding & cordial. Defnitely, I will look forward for exploring another part of India with them in the nearest future.

Hi,

Our Rajasthan tour (14-26/01/10) organised by India Vacations was absolutely wonderful. The whole tour was very well organised and well planned. Hotels were nice and journey between destinations were comfortable and free of stress. We were very well looked after by India Vacations representatives on the ground. Driver of the vehicle was very friendly and helpful and his driving was very good.  We could not have asked for more from India Vacations. Please pass our heartfelt thanks to Mr Manish Bhardwaj and Mr Rakhesh Singhania for all their help and support in making our holiday such a pleasant one.

Hi,

We were on a tour to Rajasthan from  24rth January till 2nd February. The journey was organised by Caper travel service as per your recommendation. I want to tell you that everything was perfectly organised. They are very serious. The car was safe and clean, we had a good driver and most of the guides were friendly and did their job seriously. Every day a caper representative was waiting for us in the hotel to help us to check in. We enjoyed our trip very much and will certainly recommend Caper travel service.

Hi,

Good day to you. I thank you for your co-operation all through my enquiries. However, I could not respond to your service because things were happening too fast. I just had no time to communicate and make the plans as my family members involved are elderly and they were always changing their plans of where to go first- temples, to visit relatives or shopping. I had to work till the day I flew cause I m a teacher and had to take emergency leave that is not really agreed upon by my administrators. So, with all kinds of hassle, I just could not cope to plan with you so I had to allow someone else to continue the travelling. Sorry, for the inconvenience caused but i must say you gave extremely fast response willing to adjust to situation.

Dear Team at Hello Travel,
 
First of all, apologies for not responding until now, but we returned home from our holiday, both with nasty chesty coughs, and only now starting to feel a little better and catching up on all our correspondence.
 
I would like to take this opportunity of thanking you all, and especially Alok Chaterjee at Caper, for a very well organised and well thought out trip, which my wife and I, as well as our friends enjoyed very much.

Both couples celebrated special Wedding Anniversaries whilst we were away, and we could not have enjoyed them any better than being on this very memorable holiday.
 
We all thought that your representatives, who met us at each area,  the guides and drivers, were all of an exceptional standard, knowledge and helpfulness, which all added to the quality and enjoyment of our trip.

I would like to make an extra special mention to Sanjib  (I hope the spelling is correct?) the driver, who was with us from Madurai on the 6th Jan until we arrived at Mahabalipuram on the 12th Jan who we could not thank enough, and along with others mentioned, a credit to your organisation.

We were very pleased with the standard of  the hotels, but especially the Germanus  in Madurai, and the Sunway GRT in Pondicherry, were exceptional surprises! for the rooms, staff and food. I understand the GRT chain of hotels is only 7 years old in India, however, if they are all like the Sunway, I would recommend they be included in any of your future itinerary.
 
The only exceptions, were: The Hotel Oriental Tower. Whilst the rooms were fine, the restaurant staff were not very efficient or helpful, which let the hotel down.
 
Suggestions (not criticisms) (1)  Would have been useful for you to send your guides prior to meeting us in each region, a copy of the planned itinerary. Whilst because of the  professionalism of your guides, this did not cause any problems, it was however, slightly embarrassing to me to have to explain each time what trips and visits we were expecting.

(2) On the day of departure from  Mahabalipuram, we were not notified of what time to be available for the driver, despite checking for any messages the previous evening at the hotel reception. Again, whilst it was not a problem, this would have been useful as the driver had arrived without informing us and  having to wait whilst we had breakfast and cleared our rooms, before departing.
 
Many many thanks again, and as well as recommending you to all our friends, we would not hesitate to contact you again for hopefully another memorable holiday to India soon!

Hi,

Hello Travel is just great as we feel heaven on earth just because of you. Everything was fine except the food. The places we loved the most were Punnamada resorts and Houseboat. Marrai beach was a little bit boring for us because there was nothing for entertainment and the foremost thing was we had no option for food. But I feel that my love increases more and more for my beautifuf wife .

Dear Sir/ Madam,
 
I am delighted to say that I am so very pleased with the services. The only two flaws that occurred, in my opinion but I am happy to overlook. The two flaws being- (1)The hotel in Delhi was too far from the town. (2) The tour guide was not well, coughing badly not covering his mouth even when we had food before us and we found his english difficult to understand. But, I happily overlook that as all else was superb.
 
The hotels were excellent, driver was very good. All the reps, we met were very professional and helpful. The tour guides in Agra and Jaipur were excellent, the food, the hotels and the service at the hotels were excellent. And yes, very definitely I am going to use your services again as I have six friends wanting to do this tour in November. I have also recommended your company to a group in Mangalore and they have already been in contact with your office for a quote.

Dear Hellotravel Team,
 
We had organised our trip in India (from Bangalore to Nagarhole National Park, Mysore, Hassan, Hospet, Belur, Halebid, Hampi, Aihole, Pattadakal, Badami to Goa) together with Hidden Treasures India. Shesh was very helpful in organising the tour, he answered very promptly to our questions and changed the tour according to our wishes.

The tour in itself was very interesting, although at the beginning we had some problems, as it was planned that somebody from his company  would welcome us at the airport and bring us to the hotel in Bangalore. This did not work and we had to take a taxi to the hotel. But Shesh felt very sorry and explained to us that there was a confusion as another group (also 3 persons as we were) was expected nearly at the same time and they mixed the names.  May be, it would be a good idea if somebody not only waits at the airport with a sheet of paper, where the names are noted but also in big letters the name of the company. Then, if we had seen somebody with the name "Hidden Treasures India" we would have contacted him and so things would have turned out easier.

Nevertheless, the rest of the tour was great, the local guides were always ready when we arrived and did explain a lot about the Indian history and Hinduism. The way from Badami to Goa is quite long and the road was partly very bad. The hotels were ok, the one in Mysore was even great.
 
I hope that this information will help you for further guests who wish to visit Karnataka.
