Stockholm City Hall

Stockholm City Hall is the main landmark attraction of the capital city Stockholm. Situated on Kungsholmen island, the city hall was built in the year 1923. It domiciliates government offices, conference halls and ceremony halls. It is also home to Noble Prize banquet where grand feast is organized after the Nobel Prize award distribution. The art nouveau interiors too, like the exterior, are grand and lavish. This mainly rectangular building has North European brick construction with hints of Oriental and Venetian architecture represented by three golden crowns on the tower.
