A Cruise In The Gota Canal

Often referred to as 'The Blue Ribbon', Gota Canal connects Goteborg on North Sea to Stockholm on Baltic. It was dug by nearly 60,000 soldiers who removed 200 million cubic feet of earth and rock. The entire canal cruise takes nearly 4 days and takes you through beautiful farms and villages giving you views of monasteries and medieval churches. Though it might sound like just another cruise, but the exquisiteness and rejuvenation that it gives, has to be experienced first hand to believe.
